Nta nws tus kheej- xauv, cuab yeej- hloov fuse dawb, tsis muaj kev tiv thaiv, kub tsis kam thiab tiv thaiv- laus. tau tshaj 2.5-6mm² PV cables, ruaj khov sab nraum zoov kev pab cuam lub neej tshaj 25 xyoo, txo tus nqi txij nkawm thiab txhim kho PV system kev nyab xeeb thiab kev ntseeg tau.
Strong Point
- Hloov fuses, ntsuas tam sim no xaiv tau
- 1000V / 1500V DC siab, siab tawg muaj peev xwm
- Ceev- tshuab fuse kom tsis txhob muaj hluav taws kub, IP67 tsis muaj dej
Cov Lus Qhia Ntau Lawm
Kev siv ib puag ncig:
Qhov MC4 Fuse Connector no tshwj xeeb tsim los rau qhov hnyav sab nraum zoov ntawm PV DC lub zog tsim hluav taws xob. Nws tuaj yeem ua haujlwm ruaj khov hauv qhov kub thiab txias ntawm -40℃rau +90 degree, nrog rau UV tiv thaiv, kev laus ua haujlwm, tsis muaj nag thiab plua plav. Cov khoom ua tiav IP68 qib kev tiv thaiv siab tom qab mating, thiab tuaj yeem siv tau ntev hauv cov xwm txheej hnyav xws li qhib huab cua, av noo, ntug dej hiav txwv ntsev txau thiab hmoov av. Nws yog tsim rau thaj chaw PV, kev lag luam thiab kev lag luam PV fais fab chaw nres tsheb, PV hlua circuits, inverter DC sab thiab cov ceg ntoo sib txuas.
Cov khoom lag luam nta kev ua haujlwm zoo rwb thaiv tsev nrog rwb thaiv tsev tiv thaiv Ntau dua lossis sib npaug ntawm 1000 MΩ, nplaim hluav taws zoo thiab huab cua tsis kam. Nws tuaj yeem tiv taus ntev - lub sij hawm sab nraum zoov raug, nag yaig, kub thiab tsis tshua muaj lub voj voog thiab lwm yam kev ua haujlwm nyuaj, ua kom muaj kev nyab xeeb thiab txhim khu kev lag luam nyob rau hauv siab - qhov siab, muaj zog tshav ntuj, thaj chaw ntub dej thiab nag, ua raws li cov qauv kev teeb tsa sab nraum zoov rau ntiaj teb PV tej yaam num.
Vim li cas thiaj xaiv Mc4 Fuse Connector?
- Peb MC4 Fuse Connector xa cov kev txhim khu kev qha overcurrent, luv Circuit Court thiab rov qab tiv thaiv tam sim no rau lub hnub ci PV systems, zoo tiv thaiv cov khoom puas tsuaj thiab kev nyab xeeb. Nrog IP68 waterproof, UV-tiv taus thiab tiv thaiv- kev laus tsim, nws ua haujlwm ruaj khov hauv qhov kub thiab txias ntawm -40℃txog +90 degree, haum rau hnyav sab nraum zoov thiab ntug hiav txwv ib puag ncig.
- Nws nta qis tiv thaiv kom tsis txhob poob hluav taws xob thiab kev tiv thaiv hluav taws xob siab tshaj 1000 MΩ kom nyab xeeb, xau- ua haujlwm dawb. Cov cuab yeej -dawb tsim tso cai hloov fuse ceev, thaum tus qauv MC4 qauv ua kom muaj kev sib raug zoo thiab kev teeb tsa yooj yim.
- Tag nrho cov khoom tau ntawv pov thawj nrog CE thiab IEC 62852, siv cov nplaim hluav taws- cov ntaub ntawv retardant rau lub neej ua haujlwm ntev, kev ua haujlwm ruaj khov thiab tus nqi- ua haujlwm tau zoo rau ntau lub zog PV.
General Installation & Operation Instructions
1. Kev teeb tsa
· Ua ntej kev teeb tsa, txiav cov hlua PV thiab paub meej tias tsis muaj hluav taws xob. Hnav cov hnab looj tes insulated thiab siv cov cuab yeej txheem MC4 crimping.
· Tshem lub PV cable rwb thaiv tsev, crimp lub davhlau ya nyob twg kom raug, ces ntxig rau hauv lub connector vaj tse kom txog thaum nws locks ruaj ntseg.
· Nruab cov gPV DC fuse, nruj cov txiv ntoo tsis muaj dej kom ntseeg tau tias IP68 sealing kev ua tau zoo.
· Txuas txiv neej thiab poj niam connectors kom zoo, xyuas polarity thiab kev twb kev txuas kom tsis txhob loosening.
2. Kev khiav hauj lwm & Kev tu
· Cov khoom lag luam ua haujlwm ruaj khov hauv qhov ntsuas kub ntawm -40℃txog +90℃rau sab nraum zoov siv mus ntev.
· Thaum lub fuse tshuab, hloov nws nrog tib qhov kev ntsuas tsuas yog tom qab ua tiav lub zog tawg.
· Tsis tu ncua xyuas cov rwb thaiv tsev tiv thaiv, kev sib txuas raws li txoj cai thiab cov dej tsis zoo los xyuas kom muaj kev nyab xeeb thiab txhim khu kev qha.
